Dynex Semiconductor is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to support and grow relationships with key customers across an assigned region. This is a commercially focused role where youll manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and play a key part in achieving annual sales targets.

What youll be doing Managing and developing business with target customers to maximise sales and long-term value
Achieving annual sales targets and maintaining an accurate monthly sales forecast
Identifying, securing and developing new opportunities within existing and new accounts
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are responded to within 48 hours
Engaging directly with customer engineering and purchasing teams
Preparing pricing, quotations and bids, and supporting the external sales team as required
Monitoring and analysing sales performance to ensure consistency and market presence
Contributing to brand awareness and representing the company at selected external events
Producing customer reports, updates and presentations for internal stakeholders
Continuously developing your own skills and sharing market insight with the wider team
What were looking for
Essential: At least 2 years recent experience in a sales or commercial role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience working in a target-driven environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Experience engaging with customers across different cultures
Confident using sales data for analysis and forecasting
Willingness to undertake occasional travel
Desirable: Knowledge or experience within power electronics or a related technical field
Experience presenting to customers for both existing business and new opportunities
Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
