Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Worcester
Salary: from £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + Quarterly Bonus
Job Type : Permanent, Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote)
Next Generation are currently recruiting for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join a growing organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships and is driven to deliver excellent results.
Based at the company’s Worcester headquarters, you will take ownership of an existing portfolio of B2B customer accounts, developing long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling and proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Manage and develop a defined portfolio of B2B customer accounts
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and sales opportunities
* Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Work closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to follow up on inbound opportunities
* Support the generation of new business opportunities
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
* You may also occasionally support the external sales team with administrative tasks to ensure efficiency in the field.

* Experience engaging with customers in an internal sales or account management role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A strong desire to learn, develop and succeed

* Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to maximise revenue
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
