2+ years experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within a customer support environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate and monitor team performance against KPIs
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience using CRM systems
Analytical skills to review data and identify trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality service
Nice to haves
Knowledge of industrial products or technical sales environments
Familiarity with customer support software and tools
Understanding of customer service best practice
So, what will you be doing?
Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives
Monitoring KPIs and driving performance to meet or exceed sales targets
Reviewing and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and service standards
Acting as a first point of contact for customers via telephone and email
Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Resolving customer queries and escalating complex issues where required
Collaborating with Area Sales Managers to optimise order conversion
Supporting outbound calls and following up on quotes to secure new business
Maintaining accurate CRM records and overseeing reporting for senior management
Ensuring documentation and departmental processes are kept up to date
