International Contingent Labour Advisor

Our client has an opportunity for an experienced International Contingent Labour Advisor to join them from on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation, providing class leading military aviation MRO and OEM support. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting staffing programs, preferably contingent/contract labour; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong communication skills, working efficiently as part of an international team.
Role: International Contingent Labour Advisor Location: Bristol (Hybrid) Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri Days only 37.5 hours weekly IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain BPSS Hourly Rate: Neg
Contract Position 12 Months.
The role/Key Responsibilities
Work as part of our clients International (Non-US) Contingent Labour Solutions Team:
Oversee the process of hiring and onboarding of contingent labour, responding to issues and questions from the onboarding team and identifying inconsistencies in the processes. Complete tasks relating to the staffing processes in appropriate systems, including Workday, Beeline CLRS, Lockbox, N-BAR, Hireright, COI, Compliance Forms, GSEP, IntlCon, Secure badge/EPSS ordering, tracking databases - ensuring compliance with all required processes.
