Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an International Contingent Labour Advisor to work on the behalf of our defence client based in Bristol on a 12-month contract. The client's International Contingent Labour team are seeking a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail to join the team as an advisor for a 12-month assignment. The chosen person will work closely with the team lead to ensure the program is running smoothly and to support with current and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting staffing programs, preferably continent/contract labour the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have strong communication skills, working efficiently as part of an international team.
Position Responsibilities: Work as part of the client's International (Non-US) Contingent Labor Solutions Team: • Oversee the process of hiring and onboarding of contingent labour, responding to issues and questions from the onboarding team and identifying inconsistencies in the processes. • Complete tasks relating to the staffing processes in appropriate systems, including Workday, Beeline CLRS, Lockbox, N-BAR, Hireright, COI, Compliance Forms, GSEP, IntlCon, Secure badge/EPSS ordering, tracking databases - ensuring compliance with all required processes.
