ROLE OVERVIEW

The firm invests across a range of property sectors, with a strong emphasis on design quality, occupier experience, technology integration and environmental performance. FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES The firm is seeking to recruit an Investment Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support the analysis, underwriting and execution of new investments, as well as assist with asset management and portfolio-level initiatives.

The successful candidate will be highly numerate, well trained, and possess strong financial modelling and reporting skills. The role suits someone comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with exposure across the full investment lifecycle.
