We are seeking a Junior PLC Programmer (13 years experience) to join a rapidly growing manufacturing business at a genuinely exciting stage in its journey.

The Opportunity
Youll be working primarily on the programming and optimisation of Waterjet cutting machines within a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The business is open-minded about your background whether youve worked with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Beckhoff or other platforms, the focus is on your attitude, potential and willingness to learn.
You will be supported, trained and developed, with a clear pathway to strengthen both your technical capability and your career progression.
What Were Looking For
13 years experience in PLC programming or automation
A strong interest in manufacturing, machinery and control systems
Logical, curious and keen to develop
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
Open to learning new machines, software and processes
Whats On Offer
Salary between £33,000 £40,000 , depending on experience and training needs
