We are seeking a Junior PLC Programmer (1–3 years’ experience) to join a rapidly growing manufacturing business at a genuinely exciting stage in its journey.

The Opportunity

You’ll be working primarily on the programming and optimisation of Waterjet cutting machines within a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The business is open-minded about your background — whether you’ve worked with Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Beckhoff or other platforms, the focus is on your attitude, potential and willingness to learn.

You will be supported, trained and developed, with a clear pathway to strengthen both your technical capability and your career progression.

What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years’ experience in PLC programming or automation

* A strong interest in manufacturing, machinery and control systems

* Logical, curious and keen to develop

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment

* Open to learning new machines, software and processes
