Job Title: JuniorQuality Assurance Technician (Entry Level / Graduate Opportunity) Location: Ashford Contract: Temporary to permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Pay rate: £12.95 per hour About the Role We are recruiting for a Junior Quality Assurance Technician to join a reputable food manufacturing business and support their Quality team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting out in their career, or a recent school leaver / graduate, who has an interest in food, science or quality and is looking to gain hands-on experience within the food manufacturing industry. Full training will be provided, making this role well suited to candidates keen to learn and develop within a technical or QA environment. Key Responsibilities Sampling and testing of raw materials in line with quality procedures Carrying out routine quality tests, including: Sugar solids pH testing Colour checks Water activity (AW) Spread testing Yeast and mould testing
