Our amazing client, a very busy 1-2 Rosette level kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Junior Sous Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will supervise a team of 7 chefs, while reporting to an executive chef.
