We are recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to join a beautiful luxury hotel and spa in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, offering an excellent opportunity within a quality-driven kitchen.

As Junior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to maintain standards while developing your own skills within a busy and varied environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up, or an existing Junior Sous Chef seeking a new challenge.
Duties:
Support senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Work across all sections, ensuring consistency and quality
Assist with preparation and service across all meal periods
Help train and develop junior members of the brigade
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
