The Opportunity

This is your chance to step into a high-impact role within a dynamic B2B events and communities business that connects professionals to learn, network and grow.


As Key Account Manager, you'll own and develop relationships with major pharmaceutical organisations; securing sponsorship and exhibition partnerships across a portfolio of established platforms.


You'll drive revenue through renewals, upselling and multi-event collaborations while building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across marketing, medical, R&D and commercial teams.

This is a highly visible, relationship-led role where you'll:

  • Spot and unlock new commercial opportunities
  • Lead client meetings and negotiations
  • Build strategic account plans aligned to partner goals
  • Collaborate with content, marketing and operations teams to deliver compelling market propositions


What You'll Be Doing

  • Secure high-value pharmaceutical partnerships
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver revenue growth through renewals and expansion
  • Lead pitches and commercial conversations
  • Develop and execute account plans
  • Navigate complex organisations to uncover opportunity
  • Track pipeline activity via CRM
  • Stay ahead of sector trends and competitor activity
  • Attend and support UK-based industry events


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years' B2B sales experience with pharma or life sciences clients
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Confidence working across complex stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • Commercially driven and highly organised
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in events, media or agency environments is a plus


Package

£50k-£70k base (DOE)

£40k uncapped commission (paid monthly)

25 days holiday + bank holidays
