MISSION

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow our presence across London. This role is responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy across the on-trade, while leading and developing a high-performing sales team.

The successful candidate will combine strong industry relationships with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a genuine passion for beer and independent hospitality.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing group customers
  • Lead new business acquisition strategy and key account development
  • Ensure brand visibility and execution is of the highest standard in outlets
  • Represent the brewery at trade shows, industry events, and key customer meetings
  • Work with marketing and ops to align supply, launches, and promotional activity
  • Negotiate listings, pricing, promotions, and long-term commercial agreements
  • Develop joint business plans with strategic customers to drive mutual growth
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends to inform commercial decisions
  • Ensure strong in-venue execution including visibility, staff training and quality
  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and CRM reporting


Skills & Experience

  • Proven key account sales experience within beer, FMCG or hospitality
  • Strong existing network within London on-trade market
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to represent the brand externally
  • Passion for craft beer and independent hospitality culture
