The Role As a Key Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of major clients. Youll act as the strategic partner for your accountsdriving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all touchpoints.
What Youll Be Doing Managing and developing relationships with key clients, acting as their main strategic contact
Understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring operational excellence
Leading commercial negotiations, renewals, and long-term account strategies
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experience
Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
Regular reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
What Were Looking For Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, distribution, or a related field
Strong credibility (kudos) when engaging with senior stakeholders
A natural relationship builder with a consultative, customer-first approach
Commercially sharp with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Full UK driving licence
