Key Account Manager

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager for our UK & Ireland business. You will report to the Sales Director, Sales Professional UK & Ireland.
What is the job that awaits you?
- Analyze markets and identify trends
- Develop and implement sales strategies in line with targets and plans
- Maintain CRM focusing on long-term partnerships, especially with key customers
- Manage pricing within defined parameters
- Execute and follow up on orders
- Monitor market and competition
- Introduce innovations, such as new products
- Communicate customer demands and feedback
- Support complaint processing
What skills are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or similar experience
- Proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Good knowledge of SAP systems and MS Office
