About the Key Account Manager Role
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of global clients, managing relationships with senior stakeholders – often at C-suite level – and acting as the bridge between customer needs and technical delivery.
You’ll be comfortable navigating complex organisations, identifying growth opportunities, and bringing together internal and external partners to ensure outstanding service and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities as Key Account Manager
* Act as the primary point of contact for a set of key international accounts
* Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors
* Understand technical product offerings (hardware/software/data) to match client needs
* Lead all commercial aspects – from renewals and upsells to new opportunity creation
