Rhubarb Recruitment is hiring a Kitchen Manager for a premium fast-casual healthy food brand QSR, located in Central London. This is a hands-on Kitchen Manager Job in London, working with a growing independent QSR concept, with a focus on fresh-prep, healthy oven-led menus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations and Central Production Unit (CPU)
Oversee batch prep, cookchill, vacuum-pack workflows
Ensure correct Health & Safety procedures
Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
Support menu development
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in QSR, dark kitchens, or production kitchens is ideal
Skilled in cookchill, vacuum-packing, and Rational ovens
Strong administration skills, able to set up and control systems
