*As a Private Client Lawyer, you will be a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients, from high-net-worth individuals to multi-generational families. Your work will directly shape their financial security, protect their legacies, and give them peace of mind. You’ll have the opportunity to handle complex, high-value matters while also mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of our Private Client practice.
*Advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax mitigation.
* Draft and review lasting powers of attorney and other key legal documents.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions.
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in Private Client law.
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
* Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to the growth of the department.
