Job Description

You will take full ownership of high-value infrastructure procurement where your strategic sourcing directly enables site growth and operational readiness. This role offers the autonomy to lead complex tender events and influence long-term supplier partnerships within a stable and critical industry.


  • British nationality is essential due to defence industry regulations. (candidates are able to hold dual nationalities)
  • Experience in Facility Management or construction procurement.
  • Proven end-to-end tender management skills.


Salary and rewards Your package includes an annual company bonus of up to £2,500


The work

  • Lead high-value sourcing for facilities management and professional services to support site infrastructure.
  • Design and execute complex RFP cycles using modern e-procurement tools to ensure commercial compliance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to mitigate risk and drive functional excellence across the category.


Skills and experience

  • Expertise in contract negotiation and drafting.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Ivalua.
  • Ability to manage diverse corporate stakeholders.
  • CIPS qualification or similar vocational training.
