We have an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients and we want to hear from you!As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in leading a growing team, driving technical delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective engineering solutions within a high-tech environment.The role is hybrid, with time split between home and site in the Bristol/Clevedon area.What we are looking for:Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)Strong background in product design and developmentExperience leading or coordinating engineering teams/projectsExperience in regulated, compliance-driven environmentsKnowledge of electrical safety standards and risk managementWhat you will be doing:Lead, mentor and develop a team of Electrical EngineersOwn system/subsystem design, including risk and complianceCollaborate across teams to resolve technical challengesEnsure products meet standards, directives, and cost targetsOversee testing, validation, and continuous improvementReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
