As Lead Nurse / ODP, youll be the driving force behind the delivery of a safe, effective, and patient-focused endoscopy service.
You will:
- Lead, support, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
- Act as a visible and approachable clinical leader
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care
- Drive continuous improvement and service development
- Support staff training, development, and performance
- Manage resources effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
To succeed in this role, youll bring both clinical expertise xbpsjku and confident leadership.
You will have:
- NMC registration(Nurse) orHCPC registration(ODP)
- Significant experience within an Endoscopy setting
- Leadership experience atBand 7 level(or equivalent)
- A strong commitment to patient-centred care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm, resilient, and decisive under pressure
- A passion for continuous improvement and team development
