Lead Maintenance Engineer (M&E) London Pareto FM Full-Time | Monday Friday On-Call: Yes (1 in 8 rota, post-probation) £200 weekly standby allowance + overtime rates Were looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Maintenance Engineer to take ownership of maintenance delivery across a key client site. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be responsible for ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in full compliance while supporting and developing a small on-site engineering team. If youre technically strong, confident leading others, and thrive in a structured but fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior engineering position. The Role Youll lead the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance , ensuring all building services are operating safely and effectively. Working closely with the Contract Manager and on-site team, you will take responsibility for technical standards, compliance, and operational performance.
