Lead Product Manager - Lending

• Salary £140,000 - £150,000
• Equity + 20% bonus
• Location: London Central
• Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

Our client is expanding rapidly and building a new capability that will redefine how affluent clients manage and grow their wealth. About the role:

This is a rare chance to take ownership of a high-growth fintech expansion area, shaping a product from day one and turning bold ideas into real-world impact, acting as a mini CEO and building out a Lending area of the company from the ground up.

Role Highlights

• Define and deliver the full Lending product vision, from first hypothesis to scalable success
• Run rapid tests, leveraging data and client insight to validate ideas
• Partner with Engineering, Design and Compliance
• Translate complex Lending concepts into intuitive, emotionally resonant client experiences
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate experimentation and enhance product intelligence

You Will Need

• Strong product leadership experience in Lending
• A track record delivering zero-to-one products in ambiguous, evolving environments or building B2B Lending products in a whitelable environment
• Ability to combine analytical rigour with design thinking and customer empathy
• Confidence working with AI, experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build from scratch
