Lead Product Manager

I’m partnering with a well-funded, rapidly scaling fintech platform looking to hire a Lead Product Manager.


This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping core customer products and propositions across the full app experience - from onboarding and financial goal-setting through to launching innovative propositions that support long-term financial outcomes.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex, cross-team initiatives spanning shared capabilities, ML/intelligence, and customer-facing products.
  • Design end-to-end journeys and system flows, defining integrations, dependencies, and scalable architecture.
  • Translate customer needs into intelligence-led product solutions (automation, personalisation, recommendations).
  • Establish clear frameworks and ways of working to deliver high-complexity change consistently.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Product and Engineering to align delivery with long-term strategy and customer outcomes.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong systems thinking and end-to-end product design capability.
  • Experience shaping cross-team initiatives with clarity and structure.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering and data teams.
  • Strong communicator who can turn ambiguity into direction.
