The Lead Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering structured quantity surveying services across super-prime residential developments, ensuring strong commercial oversight and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

This Lead Quantity Surveyor position will involve leading core commercial activities across luxury residential schemes while also managing and mentoring a small team of junior Quantity Surveyors, ensuring consistent quantity surveying standards across multiple high-value developments.
