Join a healthcare digital transformation team to lead user research for service delivery projects. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively to design research strategies, deliver insights, and support service improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and conduct user research across the healthcare digital services. Mentor researchers; train teams in user-centred and agile practices. Deliver organisation-wide research training programmes. Advocate for inclusive, accessible, evidence-based design. Analyse data, produce insights, and influence service policy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. Ensure research quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with user needs.
