ABOUT YOU
Are you a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) professional with a passion for empowering others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment? If so, we want you to join our team as an L&D Partner in our innovative telecare business!
In this exciting role, you will lead a team of trainers to deliver top-notch training programs to both new and existing colleagues. Your extensive L&D experience and proven line management skills will be crucial as you create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
You will be responsible for resourcing and planning training effectively, ensuring that all training initiatives are well-organised and executed seamlessly. This includes identifying training needs, developing comprehensive training plans, and allocating resources efficiently to meet the demands of our growing team.

THE ROLE
As an L&D Partner in our consumer telecare business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments from our alarm receiving centre, customer care and dispatch teams. Our people are eager for impactful L&D interventions and support, whether it’s navigating system changes or enhancing customer experience through well-documented processes and resources.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
- Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring that all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
- Create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
- Motivate and lead our team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
