I’m currently working with a well-regarded London law firm looking to hire a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor (0–2 PQE) to join their growing property team.

The team advises a broad client base including leaseholders, freeholders, and managing agents on a range of enfranchisement matters.

The Role:

• Advising on statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement claims
• Supporting on a varied caseload of residential property matters
• Working closely with experienced specialists in a collaborative team
• Opportunity to develop expertise in a highly niche and in-demand area

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 0–2 years’ PQE
• Experience in leasehold enfranchisement
• Strong interest in developing within this specialist area
• Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
