Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor — Position Overview:
You will work alongside experienced solicitors in the team, building your caseload and developing your expertise in leasehold enfranchisement and related residential property matters. This role is ideal for someone with residential property experience who is keen to grow in a specialist and technical area of law.

Key Responsibilities of the Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor:
• Assisting with lease extensions in freehold-owned blocks
• Handling non-statutory lease extensions
• Supporting with freehold management work
• Dealing with replies to enquiries, deeds of covenant and licences
• Assisting with lease advice and right to manage matters
• Building and developing an initial caseload
• Providing high levels of client care throughout matters
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the team

Requirements of the Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor:
• Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE
• Residential property experience essential
• Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension experience preferred
• Interest in this technical and niche area of law
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and career development
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and develop work opportunities
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
