A high‑growth fintech in the pensions space is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its expanding platform‑as‑a‑service (PaaS) offering. You'll join a growing in‑house team, taking ownership of day‑to‑day commercial and procurement contracts and working closely with senior stakeholders.

The Role:

Working within a well-structured, experienced team, you will be:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier (IT and non‑IT) and technology agreements.
• Supporting on PaaS contracts with platform clients and help embed scalable contracting approaches.
• Providing business‑focused legal advice in a fast‑paced, growth environment and supporting legal operations, templates and playbooks.
• Delivering practical legal training and acting as a go‑to adviser for commercial contracting issues.

The Person:

You'll have 3-5 years' PQE in commercial contracts (private practice and/or in‑house) and a pragmatic, proactive mindset with an interest in fintech. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the London office, a short walk from Marble Arch.
