We are partnering with a Global giant seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its dynamic in‑house legal team. Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of matters, with a strong emphasis on general commercial contracts Act as a key legal partner to the marketing and brand teams, advising on campaigns, advertising, sponsorships, influencer agreements, and digital content Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including supplier, distribution, licensing, and collaboration contracts Advise on legal and regulatory issues relating to marketing, promotions, and consumer‑facing initiatives Support on intellectual property matters, including brand protection, licensing, and enforcement (highly advantageous) Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across the business, including commercial, product, and senior leadership teams Manage external counsel where required and ensure cost‑effective delivery of legal services Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies, processes, and training

Key Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years’ post‑qualification experience, ideally gained in a leading law firm and/or in‑house environment Strong general commercial experience, with a proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex agreements Demonstrated experience supporting marketing and brand teams in a consumer‑facing business Intellectual property experience is highly advantageous, particularly within a brand‑led or luxury environment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions‑oriented Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
