Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Legal PA to join their Private Client department in London. The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive Legal PA to provide high-quality support to two Partners and three Associates. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the team's service standards. Duties to include:

Managing complex diaries and inboxes for Partners and Associates
Acting as a point of contact for clients, coordinating communications and follow-ups
Supporting business development, including pitch preparation, client research, and events
Overseeing matter opening and compliance (conflicts, KYC/AML, client care documentation)
Preparing meeting agendas, papers, minutes, and tracking action points
Arranging travel, accommodation, and client/internal events
Managing billing cycles, WIP, invoices, and liaising with finance
Drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Improving administrative processes and supporting team training/onboardingThis Legal PA opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am -5.30pm

Requirements

At least 4 year experience within a Legal PA role within a law firm
Experience supporting at Partner level within a Private Client team
Excellent IT skills, including document management and dictation software
Meticulous, organised, and able to work under pressure
