Private Client Legal PA
Leading full-serviced UK law firm specialising in Entertainment law is seeking to hire a hard-working and enthusiastic Private Client Legal PA to provide support to a team of Partners and Lawyers within their renowned Private Client practice group.

- Salary to £45,000
- 09:30-17:30 working hours
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
- Offices based in the heart of the West End / Covent Garden
Private Client Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- \n
- Extensive diary management including arranging internal and external appointments, overseas travel, conference calls, meetings, lunches, and dinners as required
- Manage administration of meetings, including collation of documentation required
- Prepare and submit expense claims
- Liaise with the document services operators to co-ordinate the production and amendment of documents and transcription of dictations
- Providing general typing or document work as required
- Assist with the billing process
Private Client Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
- \n
- Previous Legal PA experience within Private Client or Private Wealth from a law firm environment
- Excellent IT skills with fast and accurate typing
- Flexibility towards new technologies and changes in working practices
