Legal Personal Assistant - Energy, Projects & Construction

£45,000–£55,000 + benefits | London | Hybrid working (50%)


We are working with a highly regarded international law firm who are looking to hire an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to support three Partners within their Energy, Projects & Construction team, supporting work across energy and infrastructure.


This is a busy and varied role supporting senior Partners who work at pace and rely heavily on their PA. They are looking for someone organised, proactive and confident who enjoys acting as a true right hand and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.


One of the Partners is particularly tech-focused, so they are keen to meet someone who is comfortable using modern technology, collaboration tools and AI platforms, and who enjoys helping teams work in smarter and more efficient ways.


Responsibilities will include:

• Complex diary management and meeting coordination

• Arranging international travel and preparing detailed itineraries

• Billing and expense management

• Client onboarding and compliance processes

• Drafting, formatting and proof-reading documents and correspondence

• Preparing and collating business development and pitch materials

• Maintaining and updating the CRM system

• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders across the firm

• Delegating tasks to Team Secretaries and administrative apprentices where appropriate


They are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience supporting at Partner level

• Ideally comes from a legal background, although professional services backgrounds considered

• Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

• Takes a proactive and forward-thinking approach

• Is confident using technology and collaboration tools
