I’m currently hiring a Practice Assistant to join my clients international law firm.


Abu Dhabi

Relocation to the UAE


This role sits at the heart of a busy practice, supporting complex, high-level legal work in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Diary management and meeting coordination

- Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence

- Managing client and matter records, as well as contact databases

- Coordinating travel and preparing itineraries

- Supporting billing processes and expense submissions


Requirements:

- Legal Secretary / PA experience within an international law firm or professional services environment

- Strong document formatting and organisational skills

- Proactive, solutions-focused self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
