Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Consultant: Meeting and registering new applicantsOrganising & carrying out viewingsMaintain regular contact with landlords and applicants and note all correspondence and communicationsAchieve all daily and weekly targetsArrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the landlord's instructionsNegotiate where instructed any offers receivedHave an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitorsWork closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them Experience & Skills Required to be a sucessful Lettings Consultant: Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFull and clean driving licencePrevious Estate Agency experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, an advantage but not essentialWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Benefits for you as a Lettings Consultant: Continued opportunities for career progressionAward winning trainingFantastic company culture In the 150 years since we first opened our doors for business as Estate Agents, we have learnt many things, the most important of which is that the secret to success comes down to one thing - great people.
