Your responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils within whole-class lessons, small groups, and one-to-one Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation Supporting pupils who may need additional academic or behavioural support Delivering small group interventions under teacher guidance Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and participation in learning Supporting the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment Assisting with classroom routines and behaviour management Requirements To be considered for this role, you should hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
