The Badge: Full & relevant Level 3 qualification (CACHE or equivalent). The Experience: At least 1 year in a nursery setting with a solid grip on the EYFS. The Skills: Great communication (written & verbal) and a rock-solid understanding of safeguarding. Your Mission:
