This is a standout opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded finance teams in the market, advising on complex, high-value cross-border transactions for a premium client base including leading private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and multinational corporates.

The Role

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of leveraged finance matters, including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and refinancing transactions. The team is known for its cutting-edge work and collaborative culture, offering exceptional exposure and responsibility from day one.

Candidate Profile

• Final seat trainee at a leading international/City firm in London; due to qualify in September 2026
• Must have completed a seat in a leading finance team at a recognised London firm
• Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
• Demonstrated interest in leveraged finance and private equity-backed transactions
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills
