The Role You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of leveraged finance matters, including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and refinancing transactions. Final seat trainee at a leading international/City firm in London; due to qualify in September 2026 Must have completed a seat in a leading finance team at a recognised London firm Strong academic background and excellent technical skills Demonstrated interest in leveraged finance and private equity‑backed transactions Commercially minded with strong communication skills
