Role Overview:
As a Multi Skilled Operative, your role is to ensure the safe transfer and movement of both loose and baled waste materials using 360 Grab telehandlers and Shovel Loaders. The work is physical, fast-paced, and safety-critical. You'll work closely with other team members, maintaining constant radio communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate 360 Grab and/or Shovel Loader machinery
Safely load, move, and handle waste materials
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Comply with all health & safety procedures
Work effectively as part of a team in a busy site
