Role Overview: As a Multi Skilled Operative, your role is to ensure the safe transfer and movement of both loose and baled waste materials using 360 Grab telehandlers and Shovel Loaders. The work is physical, fast-paced, and safety-critical. You'll work closely with other team members, maintaining constant radio communication.
