Loyalty Proposition Manager - 12 Month Contract
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in South West London) + occasional international travel
Day Rate: £400-£450 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
We're partnering exclusively with a leading international retail group to recruit a Loyalty Proposition Manager on a 12 month contract. This newly created role has been driven by ambitious strategic growth plans and offers the chance to help shape the future of loyalty across a diverse European brand portfolio.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a high-performing Centre of Excellence, you'll support the development of loyalty strategies across a portfolio of brands - with immediate focus on two in particular. The role is strategic and proposition-focused - not about CRM execution or campaign delivery.
You'll collaborate closely with existing loyalty team members (including a Loyalty Manager and Loyalty Specialist).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evolve loyalty strategies and customer propositions across key brands, both digitally and in-store.
Take ownership of end-to-end customer journeys across channels, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Partner with group tech, data, commercial and brand teams to roll out strategies and ensure cohesive delivery.
Support a 3-6 month test-and-learn initiative to build a proof of concept for the two brands focusing on both online and offline scalability.
Shape the longer term loyalty roadmap for the business based on customer insight and performance data.
Stay ahead of loyalty trends, including tiered, point-based and subscription models.
Operate in a consultative capacity within a Centre of Excellence model - influencing local market teams.
Who We're Looking For
Strong experience in loyalty proposition development.
Experience working across both digital and in store loyalty propositions.
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder skills.
Previous experience working within or alongside European markets is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of loyalty mechanics including tier-based models or subscriptions is a plus.
If you can’t see what you’re looking for right now, send us your CV anyway – we’re always getting fresh new roles through the door.
