Recruitment Consultant in the UK Digital Analytics Contract Team | The Talent Driving the Data and AI Revolution

• 12-Month Contract
• Hybrid Working in West London (3 days on site per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of customer-centric loyalty propositions across European markets.
• Conduct loyalty program health checks and make data-driven recommendations to optimise performance.
• Project manage the end-to-end delivery of loyalty initiatives, from concept development to cross-functional execution.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across local business units, operations, and group tech teams.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge-sharing platforms, masterclasses, and strategic playbooks.
• Own the customer journey across both digital and in-store touchpoints.
• Proven experience in loyalty or customer proposition development, preferably within the retail, travel, or subscription services industries.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, commercial drivers, and the ability to apply insight into meaningful strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and regions, ideally with experience working cross-border or in a consultancy setting.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to deliver - able to shift between big-picture planning and tactical execution.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and storytelling skills - able to tailor messaging for varied audiences.
