Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring machinery in a fast-paced production environment

• Carrying out machine set-up, adjustments, and basic fault finding

• Recording production data accurately and efficiently

• Following work instructions and meeting production targets

• Complying with all site health & safety policies and procedures

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar production role (preferred but not essential training provided)

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Flexibility to work the 4 on / 3 off shift pattern
