Machine Operator

Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week (over 4 days, including weekends)
Location: Near Evesham (own transport required due to location)

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in keeping packing lines running smoothly and efficiently to ensure high-quality produce is prepared and packed on time.

Main Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production lines (Pro Seal, BBC Blueberry Grader, Unitec Grader, and robots).
Carry out daily start-up and end-of-shift checks to ensure all machinery is in good working order.
Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Complete glass and contamination checks to maintain product safety.
Collect and set up packaging materials, returning any unused stock after each run.
Perform tool changeovers and work closely with the maintenance team to minimise downtime.
Support process improvements to boost efficiency and meet production targets (KPIs).
Ensure lines are kept clean and properly shut down when not in use.
Carry out any other duties required as part of the production team.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a production or machine operator role (food environment preferred).
A strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Own transport is essential due to the site location.
Flexibility to work weekends is required.
