Maintenance Administrator

We are actively recruiting a a maintenance administrator to join our clients engineering team to support the engineering planner and site teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gather information from production reports/files and use the data to complete standard document templates for distribution within the business

• Fully and accurately enter, amend, update, and submit data onto the relevant systems

• Process documentation within agreed timescales and with attention to detail

• Maintain electronic and paper files

• Review RAMS Permits for contractors, ensuring compliance

• Create and review contract orders for reordering parts

• Review completed work orders and issue new work orders as required

• Support stock review with engineering team as required and complete audits

• Complete general admin duties specific to the role

• Administrative systems maintenance

• Liaise with staff from all departments across the company, including H&S, and Finance

• Manage purchase orders – creation and closure and regularly review pricing

• Maintain the planning system with the support and direction of the maintenance planner

• Provide cover for in the absence of the maintenance planner
