Maintenance Assistant (Nights) Location: Partington, Manchester Salary: £13.51 per hour Overtime: £19.77 per hour (after completion of 40 hours) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 06:30 (Includes 20 minutes paid break and 30 minutes unpaid break) About the Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to work night shifts, supporting the existing Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of the plant. This is a development role and an ideal opportunity for someone with the right aptitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in progressing within a technical or engineering environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers, assisting with both planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site. Full training will be provided, and while maintenance experience is not essential, candidates with a mechanical or engineering background will be at an advantage.
