Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Electrician\nLocation: West London (Flexible within designated coverage area)\nSalary: £45,000 basic (£52,000–£58,000 OTE)\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for 3 Electricians to join a well-established retail maintenance contract across West London.\n\nThis role offers strong basic salary, excellent overtime earning potential, and full private use of a company van with door-to-door travel.\n\nYour duties will include:\n• Carrying out fault finding, reactive works, and PPMs on catering electrical equipment (approximately 70% of the role).\n• Completing general electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks (approximately 30%).\n• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently within a retail environment.\n• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements.\n• Participating in a structured call-out rota.\n\nWhat’s On Offer:\n• Salary: £45,000 basic.\n• OTE: £52,000–£58,000 (including overtime and call-out).\n• Call-Out: 1 in 4 (reducing to 1 in 7 once fully staffed).\n• Company Van: Door-to-door travel + full private personal use.\n• Annual Leave: 33 days including Bank Holidays.\n• Private Pension Scheme.\n• Health Cashback Plan: Claim back dental, optical, and everyday healthcare costs.\n• Stable, long-term retail contract.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n• Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or equivalent).\n• Experience in commercial or retail environments .\n• Comfortable working on catering electrical equipment (training can be provided where required).\n• Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience.\n• Full UK driving licence.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for Electricians seeking strong earning potential, structured Monday-to-Friday hours, and excellent benefits within a secure retail contract.
