We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established building services provider, delivering maintenance across a portfolio of sites throughout London.

This is a mobile role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and is confident working independently across multiple commercial environments.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a range of sites. You will ensure all electrical systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical systems

* Fault finding and repair across commercial building services

* Working on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and control systems

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

* Complete job sheets, reports and documentation accurately

* Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure high levels of service delivery

Requirements:

* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* 18th Edition (essential)

* Proven experience in a maintenance role within commercial environments

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Good communication skills and client-facing experience
